1. About RRB CareHub

RRB CareHub (“the Platform”) is an internal web-based platform operated by Really Reaching Beyond (“RRB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a nonprofit organization. The Platform is provided for use by authorized RRB staff, contractors, volunteers, healthcare partners, and invited clients to support care coordination, documentation, scheduling, transportation, workforce, billing, and related program operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. RRB reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Authorized Accounts Only

Access to the Platform is by invitation and account creation by an authorized RRB administrator. You may not share your account credentials, impersonate another user, or attempt to access data or features outside the scope of your assigned role. Unauthorized access or use may result in immediate account deactivation and other remedies available to RRB.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, program-related purposes. You may not:

• Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
• Attempt to breach security controls, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform;
• Use the Platform to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages;
• Access or disclose another person’s information without proper authorization;
• Use the Platform in any way that could harm RRB, its clients, staff, or partners.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its code, design, branding, and content are owned by RRB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for internal RRB operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Changes and Termination

RRB may update, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or terminate or restrict any account, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. RRB will generally provide notice to staff when practical.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
