Really Reaching Beyond (“RRB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates RRB CareHub (“the Platform”), an internal platform used by authorized staff, contractors, providers, and invited clients to coordinate supportive housing, community health, peer recovery support, case management, transportation, workforce, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate RRB programs and the Platform, including:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and role assignment provided when an administrator creates or invites an account.
- Service information: visit notes, appointments, referrals, transportation requests, housing records, billing details, and other documentation entered by authorized users.
- Documents: resumes, certifications, identification, insurance cards, consents, and other files uploaded by staff or applicants.
- Technical information: browser type, device information, IP address, and activity logs generated automatically when using the Platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and RRB services;
- Coordinate care, appointments, transportation, and workforce activities;
- Process applications, payroll, billing, and program reporting;
- Communicate with staff, clients, and applicants by email, text, or phone;
- Maintain audit trails and support quality and safety reviews;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Platform.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with individuals and entities who need it to perform their authorized RRB duties or to provide services to RRB under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. Access is limited by role-based permissions and logged for accountability.
5. Text Messaging
With appropriate consent, RRB may send text messages for appointment reminders, ride confirmations, staff alerts, and other program-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out of non-essential text messages by following the instructions in the message or contacting RRB. Standard messaging disclosures are available at the bottom of text messages where required.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet legal and program requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and applicable RRB policies.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. These include role-based access controls, encrypted storage, audit logging, and access limited to authorized users. No system is completely secure, and users must also protect their account credentials.
8. Your Choices
If you have an account, you can update certain profile information through the Platform or by contacting your RRB administrator. You may also contact us to ask questions about your information or to request that we update or correct it where appropriate.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for authorized users participating in RRB programs. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised policy.
